Nando's Halifax: A Taste of Flame-Grilled Perfection in the Heart of Halifax

Wasn't really impressed on last visit TBH. It's gone downhill. My order was wrong, Bread for burger was rubbery and couldn't even be cut with knife, food looked like it had been chucked on plate. Luke warm food (how is that even possible when it's being cooked to order). One friends meal tasted funny (off as they put it). Saddest looking flaccid Halloumi we've ever had. Charged £1 extra to have a tiny bit of chilli jam on burger instead of the mayo and tomato that we'd been asked to be taken off, even though this topping would be no extra cost if we'd had it in a wrap, what's the deal with that Nandos? And how much for an eggcup sized bit of gravy - nearly £2, You're having a laugh! Manager was very decent with one of our groups crazy dietary requirements, and brought another member of our group an extra chicken breast that had been ordered but not put on their plate, so I've given them a good rating for service. Saying that, the chicken breast for their burgers were absolutely tiny. It was cold in the restaurant and one of loos was gross. Bit of a miserable and expensive experience TBH.

2024/10 It's very reasonable, and we Japanese people are happy with the standard QR code system. The chicken flavor was very good, and the onion accent was effective. It's spacious and you can drink cider, which is nice. I sometimes stay at the hotel in front of it, so I'll come again.

This is my favourite nandos, food is always good and consistent every time you visit. Miles better than the likes of Bury or Denton

Really good food with very friendly staff. The food also came very quickly which was great! Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend asked for not spicy food, they brought spicy so he couldn't really eat it. My food was ok but it was wrong order , I ordered leg, but half chicken arrived.

I have never eaten at this restaurant but someone must ov gog hold over my card details and ordered from one of there outlets and tried a second time but that was blocked I phoned my local outlet Halifax to see if I could get any help finding out more about it ,I wasn't actually expecting much from them but WOW THE management were absolutely fantastic they took my details and passed them on to there head office and I have had more help and respect from them than I have had of my bank who have taken 3 weeks to finally realise some one has been trying to rob my account ,top notch service thank you very much

Great food great service and great atmosphere. Staff there deserve a pay rise.

The ambience was great, light music and the lighting. Staff are friendly. Do enjoy the range of sauces on offer as per your heat levels and flavour preferences. If you are a chicken lover, you will certainly love Nando's.
